It's a house! A real house

We did a quick stop at the house the other day to check on the basement and found it sided!
It looks beautiful!
I was so worried about the colors, the Knight picked them and of course he wanted all the neighbors to know he bleeds Green and White.

I was so distracted by the siding that I forgot to take any pictures of the basement. It is currently gutted and drying out.  Should be ready for repairs the end of the week or early next week.

    1. Oh, Groundbreaking! That is a huge deal, early congrats!! We were so excited when we finally broke ground. We took a while to get there though, we had issues with our lender talking to Allen Edwin and vice versa. But once they broke ground everything went pretty quickly (if you over look the issues we have had)

  3. Well we sold our house and are now living in an apartment with our 4 kids and as of today we are 15 weeks out from selections, they told us we would break ground 6-8 weeks after selections. I will be driving through the subdivision after soccer tonight to see if we broke ground or not. I hope things just plug along once we do break ground.

    1. 15 weeks sounds about right, we went to selections in March and broke ground in June. Definitely post how it goes. It's really interesting to see everyone's progress. Which floorplan are you doing?
